Property Managers / Office Associates
Please submit your resume and salary requirements. We are looking for qualified applicants for the Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati Office. Pay is based on experience.
Typical duties expected include finding/evicting and generally dealing with property showings, tenants, maintenance, clean outs, running
advertisting, training, insurance companies, mortgage companies to be coordinated with the owner's wishes. Manager to collect rents, tenant screening pay necessary expenses and taxes, making periodic reports to the owner,
and other local sub - contracting necessary to make the property comfortable.
